1. Who we are

This website, greedytcg.com, is run by Greedy TCG LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("Greedy TCG", "we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal information described here. Questions or requests: contact@greedytcg.com.

This policy covers this site, our forms, and our emails, calls and texts with you. When we handle your customers' data as part of work we do for you (for example inside your store or ad accounts), we act on your instructions as your service provider, and your own privacy policy applies to those customers.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

Quote form: your name, email, phone number, business name, city and country, what kind of seller or collector you are, the services you are interested in, and your message.
Sponsorship form: your name, email, phone number, age, city and state or country, social media handles, the games you play, your results and credentials, what you are looking for, and, if you are under 18, the name and contact details of your parent or guardian.
When we work together: billing details, account access you choose to give us, business information, and our messages with you.

Information collected automatically

Basic technical data: our hosting provider logs standard request data such as IP address, date and time, pages requested, and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.
Country: when you send a form we record the country your request came from (worked out from your IP address), and the page you sent it from.
Analytics and cookies: we may use analytics tools to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. These may set cookies or use similar technologies. Where the law requires consent for them, we will ask first. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will still work.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information such as government ID numbers, bank or card numbers, health information or passwords through the website forms.

3. How we use it, and our legal bases

To answer you and prepare a quote, or review a sponsorship application. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
To deliver services, bill you, and manage our relationship. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
To contact you by email, phone or text about your request, and, where you have agreed or the law allows, about services we think are relevant to you. Legal basis: consent or legitimate interest. You can opt out at any time.
To keep the site secure, prevent spam, fraud and abuse, and improve our site and services. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
To meet legal, tax and accounting duties and to establish or defend legal claims. Legal basis: legal obligation and legitimate interest.

We do not make decisions about you using solely automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Calls and text messages

If you give us a phone number, we may call or text you about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share it only with:

Service providers who work for us under contract, including: website hosting and form storage (Netlify); customer relationship management, email and text delivery (HighLevel, also known as GoHighLevel or LeadConnector); business email and documents (Google Workspace); analytics, payment, invoicing and e-signature providers where used.
People you ask us to involve. For example, if you ask us to introduce you to a sponsor, a distributor contact or a contractor, we share what is needed for that introduction, and only with your agreement.
Professional advisers and authorities where needed to get advice, comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights, our clients or the public.
A successor if our business is merged, sold or reorganized. This policy continues to protect your information.

6. International transfers

We operate from the United States and our service providers store data in the United States and other countries. If you are outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in countries whose data-protection laws may differ from yours. Where required, we rely on recognized safeguards such as standard contractual clauses offered by our providers.

7. How long we keep it

Quote requests and sponsorship applications that do not lead to work together: up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymized.
Client and sponsored-player records: for the length of our relationship and up to 7 years afterwards for tax, accounting and legal reasons.
Server logs: for a short period set by our hosting provider.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and limiting access to people who need it. No website or system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach that affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.

9. Children and young players

This site is aimed at adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If a child under 13 wants to be considered for sponsorship, a parent or legal guardian must apply for them using the parent's own contact details. Players aged 13 to 17 may apply only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian, who must be named on the application. If you believe a child has sent us information without that consent, email us and we will delete it.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
have it corrected or deleted;
object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time;
receive it in a portable format;
opt out of marketing at any time;
not be treated unfairly for using any of these rights.

How to use them: email contact@greedytcg.com from the address you used with us and tell us what you want. We may need to confirm your identity. We answer within the time the law requires, usually within 30 days. An authorized agent may act for you with written proof of authority.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland: you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

California and other U.S. states: we do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined in state privacy laws, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, these signals do not change how the site behaves.

11. Links and social media

Our site links to other sites and to our social media profiles, including Instagram. Those services have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change to how we use information we already hold about you, we will tell you by email or on this site.
